Shipping and Returns
Order Confirmation:
After placing an order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order from the system and approved your credit card for purchase in advance. After receiving the order, we will automatically contact the supplier to confirm if they have inventory and can ship immediately. If your product is being carried over or out of stock, we will contact you via email to determine if you wish to request a refund and cancel the order, or continue waiting for the order to be carried over. Please note that the carry over order must be paid immediately after the product is purchased in order to receive the product. If the goods can be shipped immediately (within 5 working days), we will process the fees and submit the order for shipment.
Reminder: Due to the novel coronavirus pneumonia pandemic and the resulting closure of nationwide luggage stores, the workload of the luggage industry has increased than usual. Although we will confirm the inventory as soon as possible, it is currently impossible in many cases due to the backlog of orders. In most cases, claims can be processed faster than usual as inventory runs out before pre-approval expires. If the product is out of stock, canceling the order will result in a full refund.
Order shipment:
If your order is in stock and your credit card has been billed, it will be shipped within 5 business days from the order date. When payment is made within 24 hours after the order is shipped from the warehouse, we will send tracking information to the email address you entered. Customized order:
This product cannot be shipped immediately. After receiving the order, the manufacturer will place a special order and cannot cancel or return the goods after they have been allocated. After the product is manufactured, it will be shipped within 24 hours. Based on inventory and demand, it may take up to 90 days. We will notify you of the status of the product via email within 3 working days. You will also receive requests for custom options. A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours after the product is shipped. Due to novel coronavirus, manufacturing may take up to 30 days of additional time.
Damage:
After the goods arrive, please carefully inspect the packaging. If any damage is found, please leave a message when signing for delivery. If the goods arrive damaged, please provide photos Golight@yeah.net If you send it to, Delta Air Lines will handle the insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellation and refund:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours, regardless of whether they have been shipped or not, will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. If the order has been shipped, not only must the actual return shipping fee be paid, but if free shipping fee is received, the original shipping fee must also be borne by the buyer (buyer). Refunds are limited to the original credit card used at the time of ordering.
Due to the unpredictable situation related to the delay and carry forward orders of novel coronavirus, orders that clearly show the notice of delayed delivery or carry forward orders can only be refunded through store points until later notice. Applicable only after the first 48 hours of ordering. Within the first 48 hours, we will issue a refund using the original payment method.
return goods:
All returns must be completed within 30 days after shipment. All returns are handled by Ningbo Xinzhi International Trade Co., Ltd. In most cases, we only accept returns of products that have been confirmed to be defective. In addition, most orders will be charged a restocking fee of 20% to 50% of the original price. For products that have been opened for use, returns for reasons other than damage are not allowed.
Gap price products are not included in the return scope and are not allowed to be returned unless they are damaged.
All returns must be sent in the same packaging condition as when shipped. After receiving the return, please check for any damage and issue a refund. If the buyer changes their mind and returns damaged or lost parts, the refund may be reduced. For buyers who are considered unsellable and regret returning, refunds may not be possible at all. Please ensure that all components are packaged correctly.
If the order shipment is rejected, the handling method will be the same as the buyer's change of heart return, and the same restocking fee will be charged. The round-trip shipping fee will also be deducted from the rejected shipping fee refund.

Free delivery eligibility:
Free delivery is only available within the United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and some remote areas are unable to provide free delivery. Due to the weight of most products, they cannot be shipped outside of the United States. If you reside in Alaska or Hawaii and wish to place an order, please contact us. These areas cannot offer free delivery, but shipping fees can be provided and orders can be manually processed. For overseas orders, if the customer provides a delivery provider, free delivery can be provided through shipping companies in the mainland United States. However, all fees that the freight company may charge must be borne by the customer. Some products, such as free weight and low-priced items, may not be eligible for free shipping. In this case, the freight reflected during settlement only applies to the excluded products.
Refusal to pay:
Refusal to pay is a part of all transactions. However, cameLLiaef Supply reserves the right to recover all amounts refunded for refusing fraudulent payments. We also reserve the right to charge fees or expenses related to the recovery of these funds. For serious refusal fraud such as claiming non delivery, if there is a possibility to raise objections to this, we may exercise the right to add punitive damages claims or initiate criminal proceedings. If there are any issues with your order, it is best to contact us first rather than immediately refusing payment. All legal proceedings related to this are filed within the state of Wisconsin where we are located. Therefore, Wisconsin law applies.
